A bit about me…

I’ve always been a people person: I enjoy hearing people’s stories and about the little things that make us all different and add to life’s rich tapestry. In my previous profession as a teacher, children, staff and parents alike all found me approachable and willing to go that extra mile; as a parent I aim to be patient, engaging and present; as a celebrant I am compassionate and have a genuine interest in really getting to know the life story of your loved one so that, together, we can give them the send off they deserve.

Grief is a complex emotion and I am on hand to guide families at a difficult time. A funeral that truly encapsulates the person you have lost is a celebration of their life and the time spent with them. Through teaching I have learnt the skills of storytelling, public speaking and presentation that enable me to provide unique and memorable services that truly capture the essence of the person you love and the life that they have lived.
