• The family meeting

Covering West Yorkshire, East Lancashire and the surrounding areas, I will come and meet with you and your family in a place that you feel comfortable - somewhere that reminds you of your loved one. You will probably laugh and possibly cry as together you share stories of the person you have lost. This is an important step in your grieving process and it allows me to get a genuine picture of the person we’ll be remembering.

  • The eulogy

Following the family meeting I will write the eulogy, telling the story of a life loved and lost. I will email you a draft and we can go back and forth as required to ensure you are happy with the service.

  • Making it unique

You may wish to have an Order of Service or memory cards; you may want bubbles flowing, live musicians, candles burning or flowers placed as part of the ceremony. You will almost definitely want some music played and you may wish to deliver parts of the ceremony yourself. I will liaise with the funeral directors to ensure that whatever your wishes are, they are met.

  • On the day

I will meet you at the location of your loved one’s send off; I will deliver the eulogy and guide you and your family through the service. I will remain after the ceremony for a short time and will be available if required.
